Technology The new ŠKODA Kodiaq boasts an impressive amount of standard-issue equipment. For instance, entry-level SE Drive grades include an eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system that provides intuitive access to a range of features. These include Amundsen satellite navigation and an eight-speaker sound system. A range of connectivity solutions are featured too, including USB-C inputs, Bluetooth, integrated Wi-Fi, and wireless Apple and Android smartphone integration. This clever SUV is designed to keep you and your fellow travellers protected. For example, Autonomous Emergency Braking uses sensors which identify potential collisions, and automatically applies brake pressure to minimise the risk of accidents. Another useful feature is Care Connect, which provides remote vehicle access, emergency assistance and real-time vehicle data monitoring.

Interior The new ŠKODA Kodiaq more than comfortably accommodates five adults, which makes it a genuine asset on long trips. If you specify a seven-seat variant, this versatile car can transport an extra pair of young travellers too – and access is made easy thanks to large rear doors and a sliding middle row. The regular five-seat Kodiaq’s 835-litre boot should prove more than ample in most situations. However, if more capacity is required, simply drop the rear seats and you’ll have 2,065 litres of load space at your disposal.
