Trans City ŠKODA Sales Executive Achieves Top Industry Accreditation
Reece Drewell works as a Sales Executive and has more than 15 years' experience helping customers select their new car from the Czech brand's award-winning range.
Now he has acheived Sales Executive accreditation, a nationally recognised automotive industry qualification. It's awarded by the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI), in partnership with ŠKODA, and means Reece's name is entered on the IMI's Professional Register.
Reece's acheivement is part of a nationwide initiative by ŠKODA to put in place a programme of professional development for employees working in non-technical roles at retailers. Enhancing the relevant skills of all Service Advisors and Sales Executives, IMI accreditation is a formal recognition of their abilities. Ultimately, it's designed to offer a better service to ŠKODA customers, so helping to retain their business in the future.
Reece was delighted with his award, and commented: "Being a Sales Executive is all about knowing the product, being able to relate to each customer's unique needs and being professional. I am over the moon to get my accreditation, and it's even better that I was one of the first within ŠKODA retailer network to get it."

ŠKODA Octavia named Best Family Car by What Car?
The ŠKODA Octavia has scooped one of the biggest honours in the motoring industry, taking the Best Family Car title in the 2014 What Car? Awards.
Milton Keynes, 9th January 2014 - The third-generation Octavia saw off tough opposition to take an impressive overall victory. In addition, Citigo was commended in the City Car section.
The What Car? judging panel, chose the 1.2 TSI 105PS SE model as its pick of the range, praising its all-round ability and superb value for money. The judges also highlighted the new Octavia's high quality interior, generous equipment levels and exceptional practicality, praising the car's class leading 590-litre boot and rear seat space.
Chas Hallett, Editor-in-Chief of What Car? said "At the Octavia's price, nothing comes close to offering such quality, practicality and competence."
